By using HeyHeart, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Not medical advice
HeyHeart provides nutritional information and heart-health-focused metrics for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any scores, estimates, recommendations, or trends shown in the app are informational only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medication, or treatment plan — especially if you have a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, or are pregnant.
Accuracy
Our AI analyzes meal photos and descriptions using third-party models. It can be wrong. You're always able to edit results before they're saved. LDL trend estimates are statistical models, not blood tests — they cannot replace lab work.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. One account per person. You must be at least 13 to use HeyHeart.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Don't upload content that isn't yours or that violates any law.
Subscriptions & purchases
Paid features (if applicable) are billed via the App Store or Google Play and governed by their respective terms. Cancel anytime through your platform account.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
HeyHeart is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including any health-related decisions you make based on the information provided.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
